"Give them wisdom and devotion in the ordering of their common life, that each may be to the other a strength in need, a counselor in perplexity, a comfort in sorrow, and a companion in joy." -- The Book of Common Prayer
Kaity read To Kill A Mockingbird this year for school - a fact I was very excited about since it's one of my favorites. I had her do a special project that I remembered from my high school days. She constructed a cube from construction paper, each side representing an element from the story.
A theme, or a lesson learned from the book.
A character.
A quote.
A scene - Kaity cut out construction paper silhouettes to make a diorama. (It's covered with plastic wrap.)
