The picture is from Kaity's birthday, but I had a cute story about her and wanted to share!
The other day I was watching a design show on HGTV. Kaity remarked that she wants to be an interior designer when she grows up. So we talked about that for a while, and it's really a good match for her. Anyway, I left the room for a moment and when I came back she was standing in the middle of the kitchen gesturing and talking to herself. Before I thought about it, I said, "What are you doing, sweetie?"
She immediately came and sat down, looking shy. "Nothing ..." After a short pause, she said, "Okay okay okay. I'm pretending to be a designer and I'm showing the homeowner my design!"
How cute is that?
